2 baked potatoes, diced 2 cups fat-free egg substitute 1 large tomato, seeded and diced 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley 2 cloves garlic, minced
Ingredients: 24 bananas 6 lbs. fresh whole strawberries (6 quarts) 6 lbs. vanilla yogurt (3 quarts) 7 ozs. toasted chopped almonds (1 1/2 cups)
4 eggs 3/4 cup of milk 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbsp granulated sugar 6 slices bread (texas toast is best)
