Looking for a romantic dinner for your Valentine. Start with a nice chilled bottle of wine, add the Hot Cheese-Clam Dip. Then prepare your table with flowers in the center and two red candles. Then add Mandarin Lamb Chops for the entree, garden vegetable combination, and fluffy orange rice. Serve with warm rolls. Then top it off with a Chocolate-Almond Pie for the dessert.

This is one of my family’s favorite. It is easy to prepare and I think it taste a lot better than the packages you buy at the store. Can be served with a tossed salad and garlic toast for a complete meal or as a vegetable side dish.
